Best Day To Meet is a free tool for finding a date that works for a whole group. One person picks a range of dates and shares a link; everyone else marks the days they can make it. The day with the most availability is easy to spot, and the organizer can lock it in and send out a calendar invite.

No accounts, by design

Most scheduling tools ask everyone to sign up first. This one does not. There is no account to create, not for the organizer and not for the people voting. You make an event, you get a link, and you send it. People open the link and vote. That is the whole flow.

What an event stores

An event keeps only what it needs to work: a title, the date range, the names people type when they vote, their votes, and any comments or time slots you add. There are no login accounts tied to who you are. Each voter can update their own answer through a private link saved in their browser.
